How to help degenerated disc tissue in the spine (Video)

tina-fields-Before-1Tina-fields-after-1Disc degeneration is becoming more and more prominent in our society due to poor postural habits, poor sleeping habits and minor trauma from sports, car accidents, etc.. It seems like everywhere you turn you see somebody that has disc problems in their back. This article will describe a method of healthcare(CBP) that has been proven to successfully treat disc degeneration, including bulging and herniated discs without surgery or drugs.

What are discs?

The Spinal discs are round, soft pieces of tissue that are located between the vertebrae in the spine. Their primary functions:

What is Disc Degeneration

Many main stream MD’s would say that disk degeneration happens to everybody as a natural consequence of aging. This could not be further from the truth and can be compared to telling somebody that tooth decay is a natural process of aging— and we all know that tooth decay can be prevented and even reversed. This is also true about the different aspects of the spine— however we will delve into that later. The true cause of disc degeneration is vertebral subluxation. A subluxation is a less than complete dislocation of a joint. Most of the time, people don’t notice when they have a subluxation, especially when the joint is between two vertebrae. This is where degeneration will begin to occure in the disc tissue.

Why is disc degeneration bad?

Degenerated discs in the spine can lead to all sorts of problems in your body (see list below). Your range of motion in your back can be measurably impaired which can effect your daily activities. Bone spurs can begin to develop on the vertebrae which lead to an even more impaired range of motion. And finally in stage 4 of degeneration the vertebrae fuse together. Although a loss of mobility is terrible, the worst aspect of disc degeneration is the effect it has on the nervous system. The diagram below shows what happens to the nerves when the discs degenerate.
As you can see, when a disc losses mass, the opening where the nerve comes out decreases in size. This can cause the vertebra to pinch and hinder the performance of the nerve. You can also see how the degenerated disc in the diagram is bulging into the nerve– this is called a bulging disc. When a nerve is pinched for long enough, it begins to degenerate which can cause and or contribute to a wide variety of health problems including…

Real Reviews from Real Patients

Dr. Lyle, Dr. Duff, and their staff have created a warm, welcoming, “family” atmosphere where healing happens! Both my husband and I have had chronic, and occasionally acute, back pain for years. We saw chiropractors in the past but they were both painful and ineffective. Since our treatment began at Terry Chiropractic we are feeling, and moving, better than ever. We look forward to our visits and to the love and care we receive.

After one month of coming in for tractions and adjustments my headaches went away– and now after several months of traction with the spine, the curvature in my neck is back in a normal range.

I have the pleasure of seeing Dr. Duff and Dr. Natalie on a regular basis. They are incredible doctors that have helped with not only my back problems but also my knee injury. They take the extra step to X-ray and make sure I am given the exact care I need. I highly recommend TCB for all of your health and wellness needs, and like they say, “to make 2020 your healthiest year yet.”
